DANBURY — Danbury Library and Danbury Area Computer Society (DACS) have teamed up to offer an informative seminar on the basics of good Web site design on Saturday, April 21, from 10 am to noon, at the Danbury Library.

Nancy Greger and Matthew Greger, DACS members and co-owners of The Business Helper, Inc., will provide participants with tips on creating appealing Web sites along with tips on common pitfalls to avoid. The seminar will also include information on HTML basics, WYSIWYGs, marketing your Web site, and the importance of developing a database to help run a site and/or keep track of information obtained from the Internet.

The seminar is free and open to small business owners and those wanting to learn about basic Web site design. Refreshments will be available. To register, call the Danbury Library information services desk, 797-4527.
