Charles W. Fortier III and Marylaura Vindingi sold their home at 104 Green Pond Road, New Milford, to Thomas J. Gradia, formerly of Bethel.

Patty Gillen McQuail, broker GRI, of Flagpole Realty, Inc sold the property, which was listed by Dolores Chemero of Coldwell Banker.

Attorney Cecilia Buck Taylor of New Milford represented the sellers, and attorney Celia Barnum of Newtown represented the buyer.
