DUI Arrest
About 11 pm May 5, motorist Robert Testa, 34, of Trumbull was seen driving a 2000 Chrysler Concorde sedan erratically northward on South Main Street, police said.
Police said they stopped Testa to investigate, after which he failed field sobriety testing.
Police charged Testa with driving under the influence, failure to drive to the right, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics, and failure to keep narcotics in their original container.
After arrest processing, police held Testa on $25,000 bail for a May 6 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
