St John’s To Host Traditional Supper

St John’s Episcopal Church, 5 Washington Avenue in Sandy Hook, has been hosting a Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper for more than five decades, and parishioners plan to continue that tradition this year.

The 55th Annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper will be served in the church’s undercroft on Tuesday, February 21, from 5 to 7:30 pm.y

All are invited to enjoy a meal of pancakes, corned beef hash, country sausage, applesauce, and beverages, at a cost of $8 for adults and $4 for ages 3–10. Children ages 2 and under will eat for free.
