Newtown Youth Football & Cheer is hosting its second annual Beer & Wine Tasting Fundraiser at The Dana-Holcombe House, 29 Main Street, Saturday, June 10, from 6 to 10 pm. The Beer and Wine Tasting is sponsored by Yankee Wine & Spirits of Newtown. Back East Brewery, Bloomfield, and Veracious Brewery, Monroe, will pour the night of the event. Participants must be 21 or over.

The tasting will include a Cover Two wing station, Farmhouse Smokin' BBQ, and local pizza stations.

A 50/50 raffle and a silent auction with dozens of items, including restaurant gift cards, museum and ski passes, sporting events tickets, and camp sessions, will take place.

Rides home will be available at $10 per person.
