BRIDGEWATER — Promisek at Three Rivers Farm is hosting a workshop on Sunday, August 19, from 1 to 7 m, with Rinpoche Chi Ji O True Dorje, 68th lineage holder of the Vajrayana Nagesvararaja (Dragon Buddha) Tradition.

The day will include Vajrayana logic and philosophy, Akashagarba movement exercises for self-healing, and Deep Vajra Vase Meditation, as well as a question and answer session.
