MONROE — The Newtown Republican Town Committee is hosting a live dinner theater presentation of “Murphy’s Wedding…..anything that can go wrong, will go wrong,” as the party’s first fundraiser of the year.

Chester Hadlyme Mysteries will be entertaining attendees with this interactive “wedding” performance that promises “hilarious fun,” according to organizers.

The event is planned for Sunday, March 16, from 3:30 to 8:30 pm, at the Waterview at 215 Roosevelt Drive. Price per ticket is $80, which includes entertainment, cocktail hour with open bar, a four-course dinner, and silent auction.

To purchase tickets, send a check made out to Newtown RTC with choice of entree (filet mignon, chicken cacciatore, or red snapper) and mail to Newtown RTC, PO Box 594, Newtown CT 06470.
