‘Unity In Diversity’ Programs Preview

Unity In Diversity, a cable television program that provides an education in learning about one’s neighbors, especially through a clearer understanding of their religious heritage, spiritual values, and everyday life, airs each Monday at noon and Wednesday at 5:30 pm on Charter Communications channel 21.

The program scheduled for January 3 and 5 will feature an interview with Father Luke Mihaly, pastor of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Danbury.

Upcoming programs and their special guests or topics include: January 10 and 12, the Reverend Terry Pfeiffer, former pastor of Newtown United Methodist Church; January 17 and 19, the Christian Unity Service of Greater Danbury; January 24 and 26, the Reverend Robert Tarullo, pastor, the Presbyterian Church of Newtown; January 31 and February 1, the Bahai Community of Greater Newtown; February 7 and 9, “The True Meaning of Islam”; and February 14 and 16, the Reverend Laurie Westby, pastor of Danbury Congregational Church.
