Garner Inmate Arrested

State police said that they arrested Garner Correctional Institution inmate Allan DeGourville, 32, on December 21 on a charge of failure to provide a biological sample for DNA analysis.

State police said that DeGourville refused to provide them with a DNA genetic sample for their investigation into a past felony crime.

DeGourville was scheduled for a December 22 arraignment in Danbury Superior Court.
