TRUMBULL — SCORE of Greater Bridgeport will offer a no-free workshop “Business Law and the Entrepreneur” on Wednesday, January 11, at 6:30 pm, at the Trumbull Library, 33 Quality Street.

The presentation by attorney Cliff Ennico will cover federal and state laws, rules and regulations that apply to the formation and operation of a small business. Topics will include the different ways businesses are organized (an LLC or corporation), taxes, product and consumer liability, employment laws (including the hiring of minors, physically challenged people and non-US citizens), and ways to avoid being sued.
