Newtown Senior Center and Newtown Parks & Recreation is planning “the best New Year’s party in town.”

Area residents age 55 and up are invited to The 2023 New Year’s Gala, scheduled for Wednesday, January 4, at Newtown Community Center, 8 Simpson Street.

From 11 am until 1:30 pm, all guests will enjoy lunch, socializing, and dancing to live music performed by Bob & Josie-The Acoustic Duo.

Cost is $4 for senior center members, $6 for nonmembers, and registration is required.
