DANBURY — The Danbury Library will host a free talk and book signing by Joe Brandt, author of Protecting the Family Jewels: How to Protect Your Jewelry for Now, and for the Future on Saturday, January 10, from 2 to 3:30pm.

The talk will cover basic facts people need to know about caring for their fine jewelry including home security measures, proper care of fine jewelry, general options for selling, what to look for (and what to look out for) when buying fine jewelry, insurance guidelines, and estate planning. Mr Brandt will also answer audience questions.
