Beyond Candy Land

Local Newtown father and educator Eric Paradis will lead a family board game event, Wednesday, December 30, at the C.H. Booth Library, from 1 to 4 pm. “Beyond Candy Land” goes beyond the standard family board games with fun for adults and children alike. If you have not seen a Chicken Cha Cha Cha, rescued a Gulo baby from the vulture nest, or been to Chateau Roquefort, Mr Paradis believes you are missing out on great games that will get everybody laughing and playing together.

Over 30 different, modern board games for children of all ages will be available to play. “Game Guides” will be on hand to help with the rules.
