Tyler Nicoll made four steals and Kaity Herwig was strong off the glass. For the âHuskers, Liz LaPerch popped in six points while Lauren Nemeth, Caitlin Hansen and Bryony Langdon played well.
Jen Greenwood and Katie Schmidt scored 20 points apiece as the Blue Bengals defeated the Purple Eaters, 44-23. Bethany Morin and Kelley Sullivan played well. For the Eaters, Mary Ober and Rachel Cox powered the offense and Emily Fields and Kristene Salbu played well.
Jen Brill canned 16 points and Rose Jackman added 13 to lead Aqua Team to an easy 44-18 win over Paul Anka. Natalie Villa, Keegan Frobey and Hannah Tenenbaum played well. For Anka, Rachel Maley dropped in nine points while Olga Virgalla grabbed three rebounds. Kate Kirrane played well on offense.
