 Entrepreneurial Womanâs Network Workshop On Growing Business Using The Internet
WESTPORT â The Entrepreneurial Womanâs Network (EWN) will hold a professional development workshop entitled âHow to Successfully Grow your Business Using the Internet: The 10 Biggest Mistakes Entrepreneurs Make.â The dinner and workshop will take place on Thursday, January 5, from 6 to 9 pm at the Peppermill Restaurant, 1700 Post Road East.
 The speaker will be Lenny Laskowski, an Internet marketing expert, and author of the book Success Via the Internet: Secrets of Growing Your Business Online. Mr Laskowski is also coauthor of the book Confessions of Shameless Internet Promoters.
 Workshop participants will learn why most websites do not generate any traffic or business, how to make sure search engines can locate their websites, what information they must include on their sites, and the seven key decisions their website visitors need to make before they become clients.
 Guests are welcome, although space is limited. The cost is $37.50 for nonmembers and $25 for members, with a $5 walk-in charge for those who have not made a reservation by noon Wednesday, January 4.
