Successful students will be expected to have speaking engagements here and abroad. They are also expected to be good ambassadors for Rotary and the United States.
Successful applicants for the World Peace Scholarship are to pursue a two-year masterâs program in peace studies, conflict resolutions at one of seven of Rotaryâs Centers for International Peace. Only 70 of these scholarships are available each year, and competition is on a worldwide basis.
