Next Aldrich First Thursday Will Be Game Night

RIDGEFIELD — Where can one find fun, friends and a lively game of Twister in Fairfield and northern Westchester Counties? All of these will be offered during the next Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum’s First Thursday – on January 4 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

Inspired by Yoram Wollberger’s life-size cowboy and Indian sculptures currently on view, The Aldrich will host game night at the museum. Twister, Sorry!, Monopoly, Yahtzee and Scrabble are just a few of the games that will be played during the next monthly offering.

For the non-competitor, the museum will also screen a movie and provide the popcorn. A DJ will get the party going, and tours of the exhibition “No Reservations: Native American History and Culture in Contemporary Art,” snacks and drinks will be provided.

Admission is $15, or $10 for members.

The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum is at 285 Main Street (Route 35) in Ridgefield. For more information, call 203-438-4519 or visit AldrichArt.org.
