Parent Education Program (PEP)
The State of Connecticut requires completion of this program as a prerequisite to granting a divorce. Â Sessions of the course sequence are designed to help families cope with the effects of divorce on children. Call 426-8103 for more information.

Mommy & Me For first-time moms and mothers of infants. Meets Tuesday, January 14, from 10:30 to 11:30 am.
Gym Time meets at the Edmond Town Hall on Wednesday, December 26, from 9:30 to 11:30 am.
Youth Programs & Activities
NYCAAP meets Wednesday, January 2, from 7 to 8 pm, at the Newtown High School. NYCAAP will not be meeting on December 26.
Job Bank
Now taking applications from qualified 13â17-year-olds who would like employment babysitting, pet-sitting or misc household chores. Meets Mondays through Fridays, from 2:30 to 4:30 pm. Call for an application.
Support Groups
Grandparentsâ Group for grandparents raising their grandchildren. Meets on Wednesday, January 2, from 11 to 12:30. No meeting will be held on December 26.
Sib Shops for children, ages 10 to 14, who have a sibling with special needs. Meets on Wednesday, January 2, from 5 to 6:30 pm. No meeting will be held on December 26.
Children of Divorce for children ages 10 to 14 whose parents are divorced or going through divorce. Meets Thursday, January 3, from 5 to 6:30 pm.
