Mr & Mrs Matthew Cyr

Heather Marie Dumont and Mathew Jason Cyr were married on June 23, 2007, at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in East Greenwich, R.I., with Pastor Linda Forsberg officiating. A reception followed at the Radisson Airport Hotel in Warwick, R.I.

The bride is the daughter of Laura Dumont of Warwick. She was given into marriage by her mother and her brother, Christopher Dumont.

Michelle Kiernan of Coventry, R.I., was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Danielle Dumont, Melissa Cyr, Tina Senra, and Jennifer Thomason.

Mathew is the son of Deborah and Roger Cyr, Sr, of Newtown; Mr Cyr was the best man for his son’s wedding ceremony.

Ushers were Travis Hayden John Manville, Dan Sette, and Brian Siedlarz.

Aubrey Zuercher was the flower girl, and Aidan Zuercher was ring bearer.

Following a wedding trip to St Lucia, the Cyrs have returned home to Thomaston.

Heather is a graduate of CCRI-Lincoln in Rhode Island. She is a dental hygienist in the office of Dr Jonathan Knapp in Bethel.

Mathew is a Newtown High School graduate and is employed by Charter Communications.
