William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Newtown office is joining forces with the Bethel office to create a Northern Fairfield County Regional Office. The expanded regional office will provide services for Newtown, Bethel, Brookfield, and Redding.

Regional Manager Cindy Pedalino explained, “This venture is a ‘win-win’ for our company — and most importantly for our clients.  By combining local offices into the Northern Fairfield County Regional Office, William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty will focus resources on greater Internet exposure; additional advertising resources; and notably, the consistent media exposure in the Newtown marketplace.
