For example, its destructive testing equipment is capable of exerting 1.2 million pounds of pressure to pull apart or crush materials up to 4 inches in diameter while testing breaking points or thresholds used to anchor or support a wide variety of objects.

At its disposal, NDT has three state-of-the-art laboratories for high-production nondestructive and mechanical testing services using the latest and most sophisticated testing equipment. The company has three laboratory and field testing facilities in Flint, Mich., Caledonia, Mich., and Aliquippa, Penn. (near Pittsburgh).
The laboratories are accredited as Test Facilities by the American Association of Laboratory Accreditation in all disciplines as well as by the American Welding Society (AWS). Additionally, the facilities are accredited by the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program for mechanical testing.
