Connie Pasquarella, 81, of Norwalk died December 10. She was born September 27, 1933, in Pawtucket, R.I., and was the daughter of the late Albina (Maynard) and Wilfred Casey.

She was married to her husband, Pasquale J. Pasquarella, for 58 years. Together they had five children, 13 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her children and their spouses, Ralph and Lois Pasquarella of Newtown, Kathleen and Douglas Ebert of Trumbull, Michael and Kathleen Pasquarella of Darien, Susan and Jeffrey Lloyd of Downingtown, Penn., and Carol Ann Mitchell of Norwalk; 13 grandchildren, Katie Lynn and husband Christopher, Daniel and fiancée Allison Iannacone, Dominick and Kristina Ebert, Adam Pasquarella, Tara Ramsey and husband Brad, Kevin, Kyle, and Colin Pasquarella, Melanie and Jillian Lloyd, Richard and Erin Mitchell; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Beverly Toby; a sister-in-law, Renata Casey; and several nieces and nephews. A brother, Douglas Casey; a sister, Helen Denoyer; daughter-in-law, Susan Lanyon Pasquarella; and grandson, Sandor Elcsics,predeceased Mrs Pasquarella.

She spent most of her childhood in Detroit, and her later youth in New Haven, where she graduated from Hillhouse High School in 1951. She worked for Southern New England Telephone Company and Security Insurance.

Mrs Pasquarella loved the company of her family and friends. She was a devoted Catholic, and enjoyed shopping and cooking for many family gatherings. She will be remembered by those who knew her for her shining Irish eyes and her infectious laugh.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated December 15. Entombment was at St John’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Norwalk.
