Thomas Jon  Bresson, Sr

Longtime Southern New York Racing   Association Member

Thomas Jon Bresson, Sr, 48, beloved husband of Katherine (Miller) Bresson of Southbury, died unexpectedly December 11 in Danbury Hospital.

In addition to his wife and parents, Archie and Barbara (Wargo) Booker of Woodbury, Mr Bresson is survived by a son, Thomas Jon Bresson, Jr, of Newtown; two daughters, Melissa Ann Bresson of Southbury and Misty Box of New Mexico; three brothers, Kevin Booker of Newtown, Raymond Bresson and Frederick Bresson, both of Southbury; two sisters, Diane Drescher of Bethlehem, and Karlene Blaser of Northboro, Mass., and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Mr Bresson was born in Danbury on September 5, 1957. He grew up in Newtown and attended Newtown High School. He was employed as an auto mechanic for Superior Getty in Brookfield. Mr Bresson was a longtime member of the Southern New York Racing Association.

Funeral services were held December 14 in the Honan Funeral Home, Newtown. Interment will be in Newtown Village Cemetery in the spring.
