Holiday Jazz At WestConn

DANBURY — The Western CT State University Holiday Jazz concert will be at 3 pm on Sunday, December 16, in Ives Concert Hall, in White Hall at 181 White Street. Performing will be the award-winning Frankensax, the WCSU Jazz Ensemble, and the WCSU Jazz Orchestra. The program will feature traditional big band jazz standards and holiday classes such as “Sleigh Ride,” “White Christmas” and “Walking in a Winter Wonderland.”

Admission is free and open to the public, with donations accepted for the music department. Call 837-8350 for additional information.
