Extended Hours At CRRA Garbage Museum During December Break

STRATFORD — he Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority Garbage Museum will extend its public hours during the school vacation week of December 26.

The Garbage Museum will be open Wednesday through Friday, December 26-18, from 10 am to 4 pm each day.

Visitors to the Garbage Museum have an opportunity to tour the museum, take part in a scavenger hunt and create a recycled craft. Guests may also watch the CRRA container recycling facilities in action. Admission and all activities are free of charge.

The Garbage Museum features Trash-o-saurus, a one-ton dinosaur made from salvaged items.
