St Rose of Lima Church will have children and adults re-creating the Nativity story, as first done by St Francis of Assisi in 1223, this weekend.

The public is invited to the church grounds on Saturday, December 14, following the 4 pm Mass. The parish is at 46 Church Hill Road.

Live animals and music will help complete the narration of the important faith story.

A reception will follow in Holy Innocents Faith Formation Center, where hot chocolate and holiday treats will be served.
