A Great Holiday Event

To the Editor:

A letter of thanks to the homeowners on Main Street who, once again, so graciously opened their doors to host the Holiday Festival on Sunday — sharing the history, beauty of architecture and lovely holiday decorations with the community.

The uniqueness of the homes and historic preservation of Main Street was one of the major reasons we moved to this town ten years ago, as we saw the pride that the residents and town takes in protecting this treasure. The Holiday Festival is a tremendous amount of work for those who give of their time, talents, and money to make this event happen. Every year, my sister comes from New Milford and we enjoy the festival.

Thank you to all who worked to make this event happen.
