Richard Ross Kline, 38, of Sturbridge, Mass., died unexpectedly November 30.

He moved with his family to Newtown at age 10, and attended St Rose School, as well as Newtown Public Schools.  He was active in Boys Scouts and spent many hours fishing and hiking throughout the area, as well as in later years with his children, in Washington Depot, Conn.

His children, Jacob, Connor, and Madison of Edmeston, N.Y.; his mother Lucinda Ross of Boston; his father William Kline of Connecticut; and his brother Andrew and sister Alexandra, both of Washington, DC, survive Mr Kline.

Friends and family will gather Saturday, December 13, from noon to 1:30 pm, at Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, to share happy memories.
