To the Editor:

Last weekend the Friends of the C.H. Booth Library sponsored the annual Holiday Sale, making gift-quality books, media and other items available at reasonable cost in time for holiday giving. Our thanks go the patrons of the sale and to the wonderful volunteers who make the sale a high point of the season.

We are also very appreciative of the generosity of Hollandia Nursery, which provided decorative poinsettias that now grace the library, and to Bagel Delight, whose delicious food sustained us so well. The end beneficiary of all this largesse is, of course, our valued town library.

Still working on your gift list? Remember to stop at the Little Book Store (near the second floor circulation desk) to find quality books all year round!
