Bethel VNA Excels In Patient Satisfaction

BETHEL — On October 28, the Visiting Nurse Associations of New England (VNANE) awarded the Bethel Visiting Nurse Association an award for superior patient satisfaction at its annual member meeting in Sturbridge, Mass.

The Pinnacle Award and finalist designations are presented annually to the members of the Visiting Nurse Associations of New England ranking highest in patient satisfaction among all agencies of comparable size. Judy Malin, executive director of the Bethel Visiting Nurse Association, received the award on behalf of her organization.

VNANE is a membership association of 42 VNAs that serve in four states, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut and much of southern New Hampshire.
