A Holiday Thank You!

To the Editor:

We would like to take this opportunity to say “thank you” to all the businesses, property owners, and especially those who attended for making this years’ Sandy Hook Center Tree Lighting another huge success!

Hopefully all the decorations, music, food, and luminarias lining the streets put a little Christmas cheer in everyone’s hearts. We couldn’t have done it without everyone’s help, but we would especially like to thank Keven Belden, who did a beautiful job decorating the tree, John Pope and the Middle School Carolers who performed wonderfully, and of course the Sandy Hook Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company for helping with the decorations and keeping the streets lit up and safe for everyone.

We would also like to remind everyone to please support your local businesses this holiday season. They truly are an asset to our town in many, many ways. Happy holidays to all!
