Lorie and Wayne Grabowski purchased the property at 5 Pootatuck Park Road from Mario Guevara.

Kevin Donovan of Advanced Real Estate sold the property, which was listed by Clare Miller also of Advanced Real Estate.

The seller was represented by attorney Celia Barnum of Newtown, and the buyer was represented by attorney William Denlinger of Newtown.
