Grace M.       Janutolo
Grace Marion Janutolo, 78, of Bethel, died December 4 at Harborside Glen Hill, Danbury, following a long illness. She was the wife of the late Chester B. Janutolo, Sr.
Grace was born May 10, 1926, in Jamaica, N.Y., the daughter of the late John and Evelyn (Lewis) Whiteley.
Grace is survived by her son, Chester B. Janutolo, Jr, of Newtown; her daughter, Nancy E. Janutolo of Bethel; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her three sisters and a brother.
In the early 1940s, she moved to Danbury, and resided there until moving to Bethel, where she had been a resident since 1952.
Grace was employed with Blackstone Industries of Bethel, where she worked in the accounting department, retiring after 25 years of service. She was a longtime member of St Thomas Episcopal Church, Bethel.
Funeral services were held on December 8 at the Hull Funeral Home, 60 Division Street, Danbury, with the Rev David A. Pople, rector of St Thomas Episcopal Church, Bethel, as celebrant.
Burial was in the Wooster Cemetery, Danbury.
