Chamber Plans ‘Show Boat’

The Newtown Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual dinner dance, themed after the hit musical Show Boat, on Saturday, January 8, at the Stony Hill Inn in Bethel.

Drama students from Newtown High School will perform excerpts from the famous Broadway show.

There will be a silent auction with such items as an in-home wine tasting, cocktail cruise, water skiing lessons, and a flashlight zoo safari. Dancing will follow the dinner.
