Earl M. Erickson, 59, of Monroe died unexpectedly December 5, at his home. He was born in Danbury, a son of Florence (Lockwood) Erickson of Sandy Hook and Henry Erickson of Danbury.The Newtown Bee         December 8, 2016

Mr Erickson grew up in Monroe and graduated from Masuk High School.

For the past 30 years, he has owned and operated Big Earl's Rubbish Removal in Monroe.

In addition to his parents, two brothers, Rick Erickson and his wife, Susan, of Sandy Hook and Kenneth Erickson and his wife, Laura, of Florida; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins survive him. A brother, Henry Erickson, Jr, predeceased Mr Erickson.

Friends may call at the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, on Tuesday, December 13, from 5 to 8 pm. All other services and interment in St Rose Cemetery will be private.
