Mr & Mrs Justyn Murphy

Elizabeth Ann Drabil and Justyn Adrian Emerson Murphy were married on July 27, 2007, by the Reverend Robert Weiss at St Rose of Lima Church in Newtown. A reception followed at Fox Hill Inn in Brookfield.

The bride is the daughter of Maura and Mitch Drabik of Sandy Hook.

The groom is the son of Lana and Ronald Murphy of Rogiet, Caldicott, Monmouthshire, UK.

For her wedding day Elizabeth wore a white strapless dress with pink beading. She carried a bouquet of white stephanotis flowers with pink roses. She was given into marriage by her father.

Maid of honor was Christina Guzman of Baltimore, who wore a purple tea-length strapless dress with a pink ribbon sash. She carried a bouquet of wildflowers and pink roses.

Bridesmaids were Allison Murphy of Danbury, Shannon Prosceno of Newport, Del., Shanan Murphy of Stamford, Josylyn Delancey of White Plains, N.Y., and Angela Thomas of Wilmington, Del. Their dresses were light purple with pink ribbon sashes.

Flower girl was Sophia Murphy and ring bearer was Piers Murphy, both of Caldicott, Wales.

Best man was Julian Murphy of Danbury. Ushers were Simon Wong of London, Nick Drabik of Newtown, Derren Murphy of Caldicott, Wales, Jason Thomas of Wilmington, Del., and Shawn Thomas of Newport, Del.

Mrs Murphy is a graduate of Newtown High School and Penn State University. She is employed as a first grade teacher for Darien Public Schools.

Mr Murphy, a pharmacist, is a graduate of Monkton House and University of Portsmouth.

Following a wedding trip to Maui, Hawaii, the Murphys have returned to their home in Norwalk.
