Tax relief for Newtown’s senior citizens, commercial development and student enrollment are among the topics to be discussed with John Kortze, chairman of the Board of Finance, and members of the Legislative Council and Board of Education during a special meeting with senior residents on Tuesday, December 9.

The meeting will begin at 4 pm at Newtown Senior Center, 14 Riverside Road.

Seniors will have the opportunity to ask questions and make comments during the informal dialogue with town officials. All are invited.
