Police have listed a set of traffic and vehicle parking regulations that will be in effect in that area from 5 to 8 pm on December 5.

Except for emergency vehicles, no vehicular traffic will be allowed on Elm Drive between its intersections with Sugar Street (Route 302) on the north, and Borough Lane on the south.

Also, vehicle parking will be prohibited on Elm Drive between its intersections with Sugar Street and Borough Lane; Hawley Road; South Main Street (Route 25) between its intersections with Glover Avenue and Borough Lane; Sugar Street between its intersections with South Main Street and Elm Drive; and alongside the driveway that extends from Sugar Street to Town Hall South.

Affected areas will be marked with barricades, traffic cones, and temporary No Parking signs. Police will be posted in the area to assist pedestrians and to direct traffic.
