State Police Charge Garner Inmates

On November 22, state police served two separate warrants against two inmates at Garner Correctional Institution, the state’s high-security prison at 50 Nunnawauk Road.

State police served a warrant against inmate Andrew Woods, 30, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Woods was arraigned that day in Danbury Superior Court. Woods is serving a two-year sentence in Garner on a violation of probation conviction.

Also on November 22, state police served a warrant against inmate Bobby Bellamy, 26, on a charge of assault on a public safety officer. Bellamy was arraigned that day in Danbury Superior Court. Bellamy is serving a five-year sentence in Garner on a violation of probation conviction.
