Bryce Edward Maksel

Jen and Steve Maksel of Nutmeg Lane in Sandy Hook announce the birth of a son, Bryce Edward, born November 3 at Danbury Hospital.

Bryce weighed 9 pounds 2 ounces and was 21 inches long.

He joins two brothers, Shane, 5½ years old, and Mark, 4 years old.

The maternal grandparents are Pat McGinness of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., and the late Edward Svihra.

Paternal grandparents are Nancy Schlichting of Wilton and Joseph Maksel of Brookfield.

Edward Matlyak of Easton and the late Mila and Oscar Svihra of Easton are the maternal great-grandparents.

Paternal great-grandparents are Dolly Fowler of Wilton and the late Stella Maksel of Norwalk.

Janet (St Amand) and Howie Ziperstein of Sandy Hook announce the birth of a son, Benjamin Wilson. He was born unexpectedly at home on October 17.

Benjamin is the brother of Madison Lynn, Zachary Carter, and the late Taylor Ann.

Maternal grandparents are Nancy and Samuel St Amand of Rockfall, Conn.

Paternal grandparents are Alan Ziperstein and the late Harriet Ziperstein of Stamford.

Anna Jeanne Ochs

Jennifer and Brian Ochs of Farmery Lane, Sandy Hook, announce the birth of a daughter, Anna Jeanne, on October 3 at Danbury Hospital. 

Anna Jeanne weighed eight pounds, six ounces.  

She joins her older brother, Benjamin, who is 20 months old.
