Carlos O. and Gina R. Culebro of Danbury announce the birth of a son, Justin Octavio Culebro, on November 14 at Danbury Hospital.

Mike and Michele Putnicki of Newtown announce the birth of a daughter, Riley Catherine Putnicki, on October 25 at Danbury Hospital.

Riley weighed seven pounds, five ounces and was 20½ inches in length.

She joins siblings Jacob, 12, and Michaela, 21 months.

The maternal grandparents are Nancy and Robert Conover of Bourbonnais, Ill.

The paternal grandparents are Claire and Paul Putnicki of Burlington, Mass.

The paternal great-grandmother is Catherine Putnicki of Norwood, Mass.
