Thrift Mark Holiday Hours

NEW MILFORD — The Thrift Mart of New Milford will be open on Sundays from 1 to 4 pm in December until Christmas. The store is at 146 Danbury Road (Route 7) behind the professional building between Ring’s End Lumber and Monroe Muffler.

The store is staffed entirely by volunteers. All proceeds are used for local needs in the New Milford area, including scholarships to college students and high school students about to enter college, New Milford schools (including their plays), New Milford Hospital, and social services. Donations of clothing and household items are accepted during business hours only: 10 am to 4 pm Monday through Saturday, and Sundays in December as outlined above.
