Due to the forecast for inclement weather, The 39th Annual Ram Pasture Tree Lighting has been postponed one week.

Newtown Parks & Recreation announced just after noon today that the event, originally planned for Friday, December 1, will instead take place Friday, December 8.

The holiday event begins at 6:30 pm at the southeast corner of Ram Pasture, at Elm Drive and Hawley Lane. The public is invited to the celebration with live music, tree lighting, and light refreshments, presented by Newtown Parks & Rec, Borough of Newtown and Adult & Pediatric Counseling Specialists.
