POUND RIDGE, N.Y. — Antiques & Tools of Business & Kitchen announces that its Second Sunday Antiques & Farmer’s Market will be open on December 9, from 11 am to 4 pm. It also plans a special Annual New Year’s Day Market on Tuesday, January 1. Antiques & Tools of Business & Kitchen holds these events outside its shop at 65 Westchester Avenue; it also offers free marshmallows and chestnuts roasted over a wood fire.

Sales during the November Market included Christmas ornaments for $80; typewriter with case, $68; birdcage, $39; Marilyn Monroe 1955 wall calendar, $34; fireplace bellows, $35; and a miniature brass cannon, $110. Farmers sold eggs, cider, soups, brownies, cookies, scones, breads and smoked fish and meats.
