What are you most thankful for this year?

Mary Ledogar: “I just moved to Newtown from Long Island, and I find the community to be very warm and friendly.”

Karolina Block: “I just moved to Newtown last year and have found my neighbors very welcoming.”

Pat Hilgert: “I appreciate every chance my family has to get together because the children are getting older and everything is changing.”

Suzanne Campbell: “I lost my in-laws recently, whom I cared for very much. So I have really come to appreciate family, especially during difficult times.”

Ryan Holmes: “My 19-year-old sister and I are more like peers now. Although we have always been close, it is going to be extra-special to see her this year because of our ages being similar.”

Chris Burno: “I appreciate my family more than ever in this time of families being separated because of the war [in Iraq].”
