VNA Holiday Boutique Begins Dec. 3

Something very special is being added to the Newtown VNA Annual Holiday Boutique — a drawing for a gigantic Christmas stocking filled to overflowing with holiday goodies.

For the annual spectacular Holiday Boutique, the VNA Thrift Shop will be filled from top to bottom with very special Christmas items — toys, mostly new clothing high fashion items for women, famous maker clothes and accessories for men, special children’s clothing with holiday accents, and fun books. This year there will be a special, whole section of the thrift shop devoted to holiday decorations for the home from a famous home boutique — all new and at a fraction of the original price. The Holiday Boutique will open on Wednesday, December 3, at 12 noon, and continue until December 20.

But the highlight of the VNA Thrift Shop Boutique this year will be the drawing for the Christmas stocking. All customers who come to the VNA Thrift Shop and make a purchase of $10 or more are eligible to enter the drawing for the stocking. Addressing a small green card and placing it in the famous golden drum is all that is required. The drawing will take place on December 20 and the stocking will be delivered to the winner.

VNA Board members Gloria von Oys and Jill Collins are the decorators and arrangers for the VNA Holiday Boutique and Christmas Stocking Drawing.

The VNA Thrift Shop is located at the back of Edmond Town Hall.
