Newtown Choral Society will present its winter concert, “Songs of the Holiday Season,” on Sunday, December 3, at 4 pm, at Newtown Meeting House

Directed by Mary Andreotta and accompanied by Susan Anthony-Klein, the choir will present songs from Africa, Denmark and Ireland as well as traditional songs of the season. Featured will be a jazz interpretation of “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” and “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” accompanied by Amber Harris on bass.

Percussionists for the concert will be Howard Schuster and Jason Voegeli.

Tickets are $10 adults, $8 for seniors and students, and they will be available at the door, 31 Main Street.
