BETHEL — Lesley A. Lovallo, manager of Century 21 Scalzo Realty’s Bethel office, has completed the CENTURY 21® International Management Academy, an intensive five-day course that educates and empowers new and seasoned CENTURY 21 franchisees with the latest management techniques.

Mike Berry, a training consultant for Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, leads the course quarterly at CENTURY 21 Corporate Headquarters in Parsippany, N.J.

“The CENTURY 21 International Management Academy allows our new franchisees an opportunity to learn and understand key management practices and principals,” said Bob Moles, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate Corporation. “Participants leave the program with the sales management tools and complete understanding of the CENTURY 21 System necessary to serve their agents and clients to the best of their ability.”

“The International Management Academy renewed my belief in the power of the CENTURY 21 System,” Ms Lovallo said. “Being part of a Century 21 franchise, I can draw on the knowledge and experience of more than 6,500 other offices worldwide, which helps me to improve my market intelligence, agent productivity, and office efficiency.”
