Sandy Hook Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company is scheduled to receive a delivery of 750 trees from Fontaine Tree Farm in Vermont on Friday, November 25, for the company's annual Christmas fundraiser.

Balsam and fir trees, 5-foot to cathedral height, will be available.

Wreaths, kissing balls, and pine roping will also be offered.

Hours are weekdays, 6 to 9 pm (earlier by chance); and weekends, 9 am to 9 pm, through Christmas Eve, or until all trees are sold.

On Sunday, December 4, Chaz & AJ from WPLR will be broadcasting from the firehouse from 1:30 until 3:30 pm. At 4 that afternoon, Santa will be offering rides in a sleigh fashioned from a decommissioned fire truck.
