A Proposed Change In The Law

To the Editor:

Insurance companies are claiming “Act of God” and are denying claims to Hurricane Sandy victims and now they have to take a loan out from FEMA at a six percent interest rate.

I would like to propose changing the law. In health care we changed the law so now insurance companies aren’t able to deny you for a “preexisting condition” I think we should make the “Act of God” clause illegal.
